ICTS Technical offers a full lifecycle of ICT infrastructure support services. We are focused on the development of managed services that meet any size business clients’ demands for flexible out-sourcing of ICT technical support.

Our Service Lifecycle describes our approach to the most critical stages of ICTSM.
- Asses: We determine the current state and begin to collect and understand the metrics for the future desired state.
- Design: We develop a mature design for the future desired state.
- Planning: We develop those plans necessary to achieve the future desired state in a phased evolutionary fashion.
- Implementation: We implement and deploy the plans within IT and across the enterprise to achieve the future desired state.
- Support: We manage, maintain, and improve the future desired state being able to adaptively integrate enhancements as needed or required.
